What We Do

We are manufacturers agents for Proton Power, Inc., Lenoir City, Tennessee modular biomass systems that are designed, engineered and manufactured in our facilities. Customized to meet each client’s unique requirements.

We have a clean energy system for the cost-effective conversion of a wide variety of biomass feed-stocks into synthetic fuel or electricity. In addition, the systems produce a high quality, semi-activated carbon bio char product with valuable agricultural and industrial applications. And, an exciting recent development is the ability to produce graphene in significant, commercial scale quantities. The systems are financially viable at a relatively small scale, making them easy to locate close to feed-stock supply. The process saves businesses on capital and production costs and promises a greener tomorrow.

What We Buy

We buy the bio char produced from our installations.

What We Sell

ProCene® is a turbostratic graphene with a very high electrical conductivity of 44,000 siemens/cm and high capacitance designed to be an optimal replacement for the graphite currently used in most Li-ion batteries and Super Capacitors. Wider spacing between layers means greater storage and faster charging and discharging eliminating risk of fire hazard in the lithium battery.

What You Need as an EV Battery Manufacturer

Proton Power, Inc. has developed a graphene substitute for graphite in lithium batteries. It requires little to no change in the lithium battery manufacturing process. The Proton Power graphene is a direct substitute with the following advantages:

  • Increased storage compared to graphite-Up to double the storage
  • Faster charge rate compared to graphite- Up to 30 times the charge rate
  • Much higher electrical conductivity-Reduces the heat generated during charging
  • Much higher thermal conductivity-Rapidly dissipates any heat generated
  • Graphene is renewable and sustainable-Feedstock is biomass, can be waste biomass
  • Process for producing graphene is continuous so product is uniform and consistent
  • Commercial Production modular design for high volume
  • Environmentally friendly- Graphene made from carbon removed from the air.
  • Reduced fire risk-High thermal conductivity reduces heat rise
  • Addresses need for alternative to graphite supply issues
  • Made in USA reducing risk of supply disruptions
  • Cost competitive with battery grade graphite

Turbostratic graphene is a drop-in graphite replacement – All the aforementioned benefits are accessible with little to no modification to your current lithium battery manufacturing process
